Fourth of July Weekend

This past weekend was action-packed. Friday is park day. We take Madi and Braelyn to the park to play. Madi really enjoys getting out of the house. It was extremely hot this past Friday.

Friday night, we went to the St. Paul Rodeo. It was a lot of fun but, again, extremely hot.

Then on July 4th, we went to Sid and Karen Gunter's house. Doug, Chris, Julian, Kristin, and Erin swam in the river, while I stayed with Braelyn on the beach. Madi also enjoyed throwing rocks. She LOVED the fireworks! Her face lit up. (Unfortunately, we don't have many pictures, because we got tired of lugging around the camera.)

Overall, it was a very enjoyable weekend with lots of friends and family. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
