Baby Pictures

For the past three weeks, Doug and I have been working on de-cluttering our house. We have thrown a lot of stuff out, sold stuff, and given a ton of stuff to Goodwill. It's our attempt to get ready to move. (We're keeping our fingers crossed.) This week I've been working on Madi's room and our office/Braelyn's room. We have to get rid of a ton from our office so poor Braelyn can have a place to sleep when we boot her out of our room. Today, I came across some of my baby pictures. Doug thinks Braelyn looks exactly like me.

I am one month old in this picture. I didn't have any hair, so my parents put a wig on me.

I think I am about six months in this picture.

I am 2 1/2 in this photo. Maybe this is where Madi gets her mullet from? And I definitely have a nice tan. Haha!

School Time

We found out today that Doug was accepted to the graduate program at Walden. He was going to start in June, after school got out, but he found out that if he started on May 4, he could qualify for a scholarship. He did get the $1000 scholarship, which is nice. (However, $1000 out of almost $30,000 for all of his student loans seems piddly. But heck, it is still 1000 bucks we don't have to pay back.) He is definitely going to have to learn how to balance teaching full time, school full time, two kids, a wife, and being elder's quorum president. All I have to say is been there done that, and I'm so glad it isn't me! Congratulations!
